Primer-enamel URF-1128 RAL 7040
Primer-enamel URF-1128 is recommended for painting rolling stock in the railway industry, and is also often used for automobiles, agricultural machinery, technological equipment of heavy industry.
Composition of URF-1128 primer-enamel:
Primer-enamel URF-1128 RAL 7040 is a suspension of pigments and fillers in polyurethane-alkyd resin (base) with anti-corrosion functional additives.
Application:
Before applying the primer-enamel URF-1128 is thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with a solvent. Primer-enamel URF-1128 is applied with a brush or paint sprayer on a dry surface previously cleaned of dust, grease, rust, scale and other contaminants.
Airless spraying (nozzle: 0.013-0.019 in) after dilution to 10% with solvent.
Sprayer (diameter: 1.8-2.2 mm) after dilution with 5% solvent.

Solvent P-4 is precursor-free, solvent P-5 is precursor-free.
