For this reason these liquids are used in relatively old cars. New cars have small cooling systems, that’s why this antifreeze is not suitable for the cars. In addition G11 isn’t used in aluminum radiators because the additive can have a negative impact on cylinder block at high temperatures.  

Antifreeze G12

This coolant contains no silicates, only ethylene glycol and carboxylate additives. A special set of additives in the radiator and cylinder block guarantee the protection from corrosion. And it happens only if necessary. The protection is carried out due to the creation of a stable micro lamina. Quite often, G12 is poured into high-revving engines. This type of coolant has a bad suitability and can’t be mixed with other cooling liquids.
