Description
Enamel KO-813 Silver – heat-resistant protection of metal and concrete surfaces from short-term or long-term heating up to +500 °С, as well as the influence of moisture, oil products, and chemicals.
Heat-resistant paint for metal works even in extreme conditions and at the same time guarantees high quality of the coating, its aesthetic appeal.
It is important to emphasize that KO-813 Silver enamel has high anti-corrosion properties, protects metal products that are exposed to the aggressive environment and high temperatures, from the formation of rust. This significantly extends their service life. Due to its physical and chemical properties, enamel is used for boilers, braziers and ovens, car engines, exhaust system parts, etc.
Technical indicators:
- Appearance of enamel film coating: matte, silver color
- Drying time to Art. 3 at a temperature of (150±2) °С, no more, h – 2
- Mass fraction of non-volatile substances, % – 45±5
- Heat resistance of the enamel film at a temperature of (500±5)°C, hour, at least – 5
- Resistance of the film to alternating heating up to a temperature of (500±5)°C and water, a cycle of at least 5
- The strength of the film upon impact on the device is 1 cm, not less than 35.
Purpose: KO-813 enamel is used for painting metal surfaces that are exposed to high temperatures up to +500°C for a long time. KO-815 enamel has not only excellent heat resistance, but also resistance to power and gasoline resistance.
Consumption: for one-layer coating – 20-28 g/m², number of layers – 2, layer thickness – 10-15 microns.
