Enamel KO-811 Gray is used as a decorative and protective decoration of building facades and for painting metal and galvanized surfaces. This type of enamel is used for weatherproof coatings on various products made of concrete and asbestos cement. In addition, it is used in exterior decoration of facade elements of buildings. Due to its qualities, it is often used for painting slate, galvanized iron.
KO-811 enamel is resistant to heat, atmosphere and water, solar radiation; dries faster than analogues.
KO-811 enamel is a suspension of fillers and pigments in organosilicon resin with special targeted additives. The paint is characterized by increased resistance to UV rays, high resistance to moisture, excellent air permeability and vapor permeability. It can be applied in a wide range of temperatures from -40 to +40 °C. Due to its properties, it forms a matte coating that has increased hardness and is durable.
Solvents: solvent or solvent 646., xylene, toluene.
Method of application: Enamel KO-811 Gray is applied to the surface by spraying, roller, brush. Petroleum solvent and orthoxylol are used as substances for viscosity regulation. It is applied to a degreased and cleaned surface of oils and other various impurities. If the surface is metal, it must be cleaned of corrosion and scale, and then degreased with ethyl alcohol. Next, the enamel should be mixed and after that you can start applying. Dyeing can be done at an ambient temperature of -10 to +35 °C.
