ХВ 124 enamel yellow is intended for painting primed metal and wooden surfaces operated in atmospheric conditions.
ХВ-124 enamel is a suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of a mixture of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and alkyd resins in a mixture of volatile organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer.
Properties of ХВ-124:
The coating, consisting of three layers of ХВ-124 enamel applied to a primed surface, should retain its protective properties in moderate climate conditions for 6 years.
The coating, consisting of four layers of enamel, applied to a phosphated and primed with two layers of primer ФО-03К surface, must retain its protective properties in tropical climate conditions for 3 years.
The coating, consisting of three layers of ХВ-124 enamel, applied to a primed surface or a primer with aluminum powder, must retain its protective properties in cold climate conditions for 4 years.
