Purpose of Emali ХВ-124:
Enamel ХВ-124 black is used in mechanical engineering. For painting primed metal surfaces, as well as wooden surfaces operated in atmospheric conditions.
Features of Enamel ХВ-124:
ХВ-124 enamels form coatings that are stable in tropical and temperate climates. The coating system, consisting of three layers of ХВ-124 enamel, applied to a primed surface, should retain its protective properties in moderate climate conditions for 6 years.
The coating system, consisting of four layers of ХВ-124 enamel, applied to a phosphated surface primed with two layers of primer, must retain protective properties in tropical climate conditions for 3 years.
The coating system, consisting of three layers of ХВ-124 enamel, applied to a surface primed with AK-070 primer or VL-02 primer with aluminum powder, must retain protective properties in cold climate conditions for 4 years.
Composition of Enamel ХВ-124:
ХВ-124 enamel is a suspension of pigments in a solution of medium-viscosity polyvinyl chloride chlorinated resin (PSK-LZ) and alkyd resin in a mixture of volatile organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer.
