Material description:
Chemically resistant enamel ХS-558 is a specialized coating with high resistance to the action of aggressive chemical reagents contained in food products.
Chemical composition:
Suspension of titanium dioxide and fillers in a solution of a copolymer of vinylidene chloride with vinyl chloride modified by elastomers in a mixture of organic solvents.
Appointment:
ХS-558 enamel is designed to protect food containers from the aggressive action of liquid food products.
Available in white only.
Coating with ХS-558 paint provides reliable protection of the painted surface from any chemicals contained in food products.
The total number of layers is determined by the degree of aggressiveness of the environment in which the specific capacity will be operated, as well as by the specific requirements of the customer and regulatory and technical documentation.
Field of application of enamel:
Protection of internal and external surfaces of metal, concrete and wooden containers used for storage, processing and transportation of liquid and loose food products (including alcohol, wines, juices, beer, milk).
Applying ХS-558:
The paint is applied by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless spraying without heating.
